I have been in the Real Estate business for over 25 years. My Background: During my earlier professional career I received my G.R.I (Graduate Real Estate Institute) along with a U.C. Berkeley Extension course certificate on Techniques in Teaching Public Safety Communications. During my earlier career I was in the Public Safety field as a 9-1-1 Dispatcher and worked my way up to the Operations 9-1-1 Manager position. In 2003-2004 I was honored to be part of the Capitol Projects team to build the first consolidated 9-1-1 Dispatch center and Office of Emergency Services in Monterey County. That project consolidated twelve law Enforcement agencies, eighteen fire districts to include the ambulance services within Monterey County. (now all 9-1-1 calls are dispatched from one building)  Then in 2004-2019 my career turned another direction and I went into the Emergency Management /Homeland Security field.

I remained discipline and focused working long hours and weekends doing Real Estate, while working in County Government. I retired in 2019 from my County Government job and recently received my Brokers license. During my position in the Emergency Management/9-1-1 field it allowed me to bring integrity, discipline, and great negotiating communication skills to the table while representing my clients. It also allowed me to gain excellent people skills during the escrow transaction process from start to finish. This wide range of professional life experience has enriched me to better serve my clients. I am very familiar with the geographical area of Monterey County, to include the insight knowledge of all city and county government protocol.
